RECIPE OF THE DAY:PAV BHAJI

Hello friends,

I love cooking and learning new recipes. So for the first time I made Pav Bhaji and it turned out to be really yummy.

Here is a quick and easy recipe:

INGREDIENTS:

2-3 tablespoon Amul Buter
2 Tbsp Pav Bhaji Masala
1 tbsp salt
2 tbsp red chilly powder
4 Boiled and mashed potatoes
4 chopped Tomatoes
2 Chopped onions
Grated Cauliflower
Chopped green capsicum
Ginger, garlic and green chilly paste
1 small bowl of boiled and mashed green peas
1 small bowl of Boiled and mashed petha (Ash Gourd)
1 lemon
2 packs of Pav



HOW TO PREPARE BHAJI:
First add 1 tbsp butter in a pan. Now add the chopped onions and tomatoes and saute for 2-3 mins. Now grind the tomatoes and onions in a grinder adding some water to it. Now again heat the pan and add 2 tbsp butter. Add the ginger-garlic paste. Now add the puree of tomatoes and onions. Let it cook for 5 mins and then add pav bhaji masala, salt and red chilly powder. Now add mashed potatoes, ash gourd and green peas, grated cauliflower, and chopped green capsicum. Let it cook for 10 mins then add lemon juice to it.




HOW TO PREPARE PAV:
Take one pav and cut it into two pieces.Now apply little butter on both sides and put them on tawa to cook for Now serve hot pav bhaji with onion.
