REVIEW:

I enjoyed reading this book completely. I learnt lot of things about the art of relationship. . Author has conveyed his message to life, using stories  of Magical Kitchen, Artemis story and the story of Master. In this book, the importance f our relationship with ourselves is explained. The relationship we have with ourselves is reflected in our relationship with others. Author focusses on importance of accepting our body completely and there should not be any need of opinion from others. What is important are not all those opinions from others but our own opinions. You don't need anyone to love you. Love comes from the inside. We must learn to feel love for our own body, to adore, honour it with gratitude, so that we never reject it and protect ourselves from self-abuse. Your main goal should be to create the perfect relationship between you and your body.

Author explains how fear-based beliefs leads to suffering in relationships. He says fear exists in the mind and it controls the mind. Our emotions act like a filter through which we see the rest of the world.

He tries to explain importance of forgiveness to clean the wounds of all the emotional poisons. His method is to open the wound, see it and clean it for mental healing. Forgiveness is an act of self-love. It just let go of the personal importance. How can we do this? We must make a list of people whom you want to forgive. This we can do by first accepting that nothing anyone does is because of you. Once you have this awareness and you  do not take it personally, compassion and understanding will lead you to forgiveness. Working on practising forgiveness is really important. When you forgive yourself, self-acceptance begins and self-love grows. That is the supreme forgiveness- when you finally forgive yourself. Forgiveness is the only way to clean the emotional wounds and to heal them.

Once we have cleaned the wounds, we are going to use a powerful medicine to accelerate the process of healing and that medicine is love, unconditional love. So first learn to  love yourself, because you cannot share what you do not have. Healing can be done with these three simple ways~ Knowing the truth, Forgivessness and Self-Love.

I found this book really helpful and I would recommend this book to everyone.
