HORLICKS GROWTH +#CatchUpOnGrowth Indiblogger Meet Experience

On 15th May, I attended #CatchUpOnGrowth Indiblogger Meet which was organised in The Lalit Hotel. Like all indiblogger meets, this meet was fun, engaging and educational too because we learnt about growth in kids. In this meet, Horlicks Growth + was exclusively launched through digital media. GSK team members who were present at the launch~ Mr Armaan Khan, Marketing Lead for Horlicks for the subcontinent at GSK consumer health care. Dr. Aditya Kaushik , heads Medical Affairs for Indian Subcontinent at GSK consumer healthcare.

From this discussion I got to know many ways on how we can develop a habit in our kids to eat healthy food, to eat on regular intervals , and also how Horlicks Growth + can be proved helpful to children aged 3-9 who have fallen behind in their healthy growth . We learnt that how important it is to make children learn to eat healthy food only and how we as parents must focus on serving them proper nutritious food no matter how busy we are or even if both parents are working. We must know what is good for our child. Many times our kids say no to nutritious food and milk so this is the main problem we all parents face but the members at Panel Discussion gave a simple solution. They told us that we can make the food interesting and then serve it to our kids. Also we can tell them to eat their food and then we can give them something interesting to eat which they like. We need to make our kids learn the importance of eating right diet and that we can do in our own ways by telling them benefits of each nutritious food. The solution is to get as creative as we can with food.
