Kadhai Paneer is one of my favourite dish and today I made it in lunch. Everyone in my family loved it :) Here is a quick recipe for all my readers.

2 Capsicum
1 Bowl of cottage cheese
2 Tomatoes
2 Onions
Ginger-garlic paste
Green Chillies
Kadhai Paneer Masala
2 tbsp oil
1/2 cup milk

First chop onion, tomatoes and capsicum in square shape. Remove the seeds of tomatoes. Now boil tomatoes and capsicum.
Now put 2 tbsp in pan. Heat it and add onions to it. Saute them and add ginger-garlic paste. Now add boiled tomatoes and capsicum to it. Now add 2 tbsp kadhai paneer masala. After cooking it for 2 mins, you can add cottage cheese and milk to it. Keep mixing it for 5-10 mins. Cover it and remove it from flame. Kadhai Paneer is ready to serve :)
